As a shipper you probaly get the highest savings our of Loady. 

Mostly,  shippers are in charge of hiring the right freight services for the delivery. There your pain starts.. because you need to know not only what exactly is needed to load the product at your site – you also need to know your customers’ requirements for unloading at their place.

After having signed up for Loady you can enter your products to be shipped and all related site and loading point information. 

You can then enter your business partners and start using Loady-data for end2end logistics processes from day 1 on. 

For sure, you need to assign data managers  for the assets you want to manage in Loady. And think about API integration with your systems to make the further use of the data really comfortable for users.

For drivers we developed a special driver view for mobile devices called Loady2Go. You can send a link to a particular lane out of Loady via mail, sms or other messenger and driver can open the link on his mobile device to check the information related to his concrete tour. Loady2Go is available in the same languages as Loady application. If you integrate Loady with your ERP transport planning process, you can send such a link or QR code automatically with the shipping order to you carrier.

Loady aims to optimize logistics by providing high quality requirements data. Experts and key users of different business areas and in different roles have been involved since the very first beginning. To define the roadmap of Loady, our product owner works closely together with the user community and then tries to prioritize accordingly the next developments.

You currently can use Loady application and Loady2Go in German, English and Polish. Spanish is coming in the first half of 2023. Further languages are planned to be implemented in the next months. We want to offer Loady in the languages of the main industry countries in Europe as well as in the languages spoken by truck drivers so that can use Loady2GO in their native language. The most spoken language by truck drivers in Europe is Polish, so we started with it.

As a producing company, you can always export the data of the sites, (un-)loading points and products managed by you.

If you want to export data of sites and products of your business partners, you can only view the requirements of the products and loading points you are assigned for. 

Truck drivers’ online views do not permit data export or download. 

Loady API enables you to communicate Loady data directly with your corporate systems. For Loady API, you need Enterprise subscription.


Yes, for some data it makes sense to upload them from ERP to avoid double effort in maintaining e.g. basic customer or product masterdata. Basic masterdata in Loady can be be uploaded via API or by providing as CSV file.

Since you will work in Loady with structured data, the foundation is already there to implement exception tracking. However, the definition of the exception is a very individual topic for every company, so potential tracking can be only implemented based on your particular needs as customer of Loady.

Yes, there will be a possibility to activate notifications for certain data changes in a push and pull mode. That means you can notify e.g. your assigned carriers about a change by a push notification or you can subscribe for a notification about data changes by your customer or supplier (in case of ex works shipments).

Yes, if your customer is also on Loady. The customer can create own account on Loady, enter his data and share it with you. If the customer is not on Loady yet, you enter his data as Business Partner under your company and ask him for verification and confirmation via Loady workflow.

We will offer in Loady a possibility to create a site as Chemical Park and to assign tenants to such a site. Tenants can then synchronize their site data with Chemical Park and get updates every time, the Chemical Park changes information e.g. site opening hours.

The idea of Loady is to provide a structured standarized data model for management of loading and unloading requirements across the industry. Therefore we reduced to minimum the possibility to enter free text information and offer instead structured fields with dropdown dictionaries where you can select predefined values e.g. pump type, document type, personal protective equipment. Still in axceptional cases we offer a possibility to enter additional information as text, in the available languages, whereever it is necessary and makes sense from the data model perspective.

No, Business Partner data are private and in full ownership of your company.


For producing companies and logistics service providers, there are three service types: Free Starter, Business and Enterprise. 

License model and cost depend on the number of loading points and products, in the case of producing companies, and on the number of lane assignments for product deliveries, in the case of carriers.
It also depends on the level of system integration your company needs. 

Assignments give temporary access to carriers to the requirements for loading a product at one site and unloading it at another site. 

Assignments are done by shipping companies.

At Loady, Business and Enterprise services are always invoiced on yearly base for the next 12 months.

  • Basic service fee 
  • For producing companies: Service packages according to number of loading points and products in Loady
  • For logistics service providers: Service packages according to active product delivery assignments

Note that an active assignment is not related to the number of deliveries that the carrier is executing, but for the number of active data sets (product A from loading point B to unloading point C) that a carrier is authorized to access.

Data management

No problem. Just ask us to add the customer’s site and company. While your customer is not using Loady, we will take care of the relevant “header”- data. 

All specific instructions regarding the reception and unloading of your product at your customer’s site, can be added by you.

For sure, this changes once your customer takes over the responsibility for its own data!

Yes, you can enter a link to Safety Data Sheet or other documents stored somewhere else or add it as attachment, if you want to use Loady as database for these documents.

Yes, they can. There are different ways, how you can share data within Loady. You can share with your carriers assigning them to lanes you created in Loady – the prerequisite is that they have Loady business account. If your supplier is on Loady, as a goods receiver you can share your unloading requirements with him. As a supplier you can even share data with your customers that are not yet on Loady asking them for verification of their unloading requirements via Loady workflow.

Yes, logistics tender is one of the important use cases of Loady. After the loading and unloading requirements are maintained in Loady, Logistics Procurement can use the data for preparation of the tender documentation. You just create in Loady the lanes that are in your tender scope and share them within Loady with the carriers that are invited to the tender, so that they can check the data and prepare their offer based on it. You can also extract the lane information and use it for further processing outside of Loady or you can integrate directly via API with your tendering tool.

Yes, we used SULID documents (Site Unloading Information Document) created by CEFIC and ECTA as one of the input sources for Loady design. Some of the experts from our pilot carriers, that were previously involved into creation of SULID, particiated in our design workshops making sure that Loady covers all important aspects mentioned in SULID.

Loady has been developed based on the requirements and validation of BASF, Evonik and three pilot carriers. So, we assume, that the data model is already comprehensive and covers the needs at least of the chemical industry and its customers. However, we are prepared and open to develop it further adding new modules and fields, responding to the needs of the industry. So, let us know, if you are missing something.
