Drivers can use their own smartphones or tablets, or the company can provide them when they register. Especially for hazardous processes and handling of dangerous substances or machinery, it is recommended that drivers can also access the simple step-by-step instructions on their mobile devices.  In this way, companies can ensure that all safety guidelines are followed. As a result, safety requirements can be easily assigned to the respective use cases and called up accordingly. This means that every driver receives the instructions they need for their specific shipment.

On arrival at the site, the driver can call up his safety briefing via a link or QR code.

If the check is integrated  into an existing yard management system or driver app, it takes place in the corresponding application. Otherwise: The driver needs a web-enabled device – smartphone or tablet -, is instructed and identifies himself at the end of the briefing with the data relevant to the operation.
