Want to avoid incidents during deliveries?

With Loady, you can share all relevant information directly with your suppliers.

It's as simple as that:

As a goods recipient, your company first needs a free freemium account on Loady. Once your site has been created, you can quickly share structured unloading requests with your suppliers to ensure smooth delivery. This saves a lot of emails and PDFs – and if your opening hours or instructions change, everyone is informed immediately.

The big advantage: your suppliers can forward the link you send them with your data directly to their forwarding agents and any subcontractors, right through to the driver.

Step 1: Enter delivery-relevant unloading information

Create all relevant objects in Loady and your unloading points with just a few clicks and enter all the information and unloading requirements needed for the delivery.

In Loady, this means that at least these two objects must be created:

  • Site
  • Unloading point

Optionally, you can also maintain details at product level and then assign them to the unloading point:

  • Product
  • Inbound Product

Step 2: Create a "half" transport lane

Create a half lane with the objects that are relevant for the unloading processes. Leave the fields in which ship from information can be maintained empty (Company from, Site from, Loading point, Outbound product).

Step 3: Share unloading requirements through Loady2Share

Select the half lane and share the unloading requirements with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. dispatchers, contact persons at suppliers) along the transport chain through Loady2Share. Select a validity for the Loady2Share link.

During this period, all persons who have the link have access to the data. If you change your unloading requirements, the changes are updated directly in the links.

Create half lanes for all your locations and unloading points, share your unloading requirements and avoid data breakpoints.
