Supply Chain Management

When processes mesh more smoothly and transparency increases, logistics becomes more predictable and reliable.

  • Fewer waiting times
  • Less troubleshooting
  • Fewer lost loading slots
  • Increased productivity

Loady enables better overall use and utilization of existing resources – and thus increases productivity. With Loady, the KPIs in supply chain management improve. To collaborate effectively, the necessary information for delivery and locally applicable requirements must be reliably communicated and made available at the crucial points along the logistics process.

Reliable master data for further digitization is provided along the supply chain processes. Freight procurement, freight purchasing and raw materials procurement where EDI tools have been mostly used before are directly affected by this. With Loady, companies can integrate data from Loady with their corporate systems and external solution providers making loading requirements always available wherever they need them.

Loady optimizes the entire B2B transportation process, no matter if packaged goods or bulk. Data provided by Loady is essential for inbound and outbound logistics.

Site Logistics

Safety regulations, opening hours, processes for truck clearance, and also the individual buildings and loading points can now be maintained directly in Loady and shared with business partners and logistics service providers. The data from Loady can then be used directly in checklists – a fundamental requirement for automating handling processes at the gate.

Customer Service

From now on, customer requirements no longer have to be tracked individually in the company systems. The previous “G14 free texts” (SAP users know what we are talking about…) now receive their information directly from Loady and are kept up-to-date there by the customer himself.

Plant Management and Loading Point (Outbound)

Optimal transport planning and also the detailed planning of the slots at the loading points require reliable loading requirements. This depends on the infrastructure and local conditions on site, but also – especially in the case of hazardous materials or special packaging – on the product-specific properties. In Loady, these are matched with each other so that special regulations are immediately apparent and can be taken into account.

Quality Management

Ensuring product quality is a challenge, especially at transshipment points. With Loady, not only relevant product documents become manageable, but also pre-loading restrictions and cleaning requirements can be managed and shared directly with the forwarders.

Transport Planning

Product and location-specific requirements from Loady can be easily shared with logistics service providers. These are activated via the assignment of transport lanes to the respective data records and can in turn use them for scheduling and for communication with their sub-forwarder and drivers.

Raw Materials Procurement

Purchased products must be delivered. To avoid incidents and unnecessary discussions, it is best to inform suppliers directly where they can access the current unloading requirements and activate them for this purpose. This ensures from the very first moment that all supplier-relevant information is known and available.

Freight Procurement

What is true for individual “spot” freight orders is even more true for complex freight tenders: In order for a freight forwarder to make a suitable offer and then also reliably execute the transport, it needs all the information and requirements relevant to the contract. Preferably from first hand – and in comprehensible formats. As the “single source of truth” for all logistics partners, Loady provides this data digitally – up to date and with a history of changes.

Production and Unloading Point (Inbound)

Planning at the unloading points and timely availability of ordered raw materials and materials is of crucial relevance for production and productivity in the plant. The easiest way is to share the requirements applicable on site and for the product to be delivered directly with the supplier via Loady. In this way, the latter can also purchase the appropriate transport service, enable his carrier to access the data, and ensure high delivery quality.

Digitization of Logistics

Reliable master data is a success factor for further digitization in logistics. An interoperable platform like Loady makes it possible to securely integrate centrally maintained loading and unloading requests into systems and processes via API interfaces. From the order in the ERP to the transport management system to purchasing and auction platforms, yard management systems and other operational applications. Users no longer need to duplicate maintenance and data reconciliation is eliminated.

"Technical progress and high diversity at filling stations for road tankers require an equally dynamic operative truck clearance. Advance information speeds up processes and prevents inconsistencies. With Loady, we get exactly the solution we need to close the gap in today's loading point information.
We will connect Loady directly to our application for truck execution and provide better information on our loading and unloading points to service providers and drivers."
